1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of “Exec” (the “Service”), an offering for the administration of a game server on the Roblox platform. The Service is operated by a private individual, not a registered company or legal entity (the “Operator”). By using the Service, the user (“User”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
“Exec” provides administration and management functionality for a Roblox game server, for example to support moderation and management tasks within the relevant game. The Service is currently in a promotional / introductory phase: no paid features are offered at this time, and use of the Service is free of charge.
The Operator reserves the right to change, extend, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time, without prior notice.
3. Relationship to Roblox
“Exec” is an independent offering and has no official affiliation with Roblox Corporation. Use of Roblox itself is governed exclusively by Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards. The Operator accepts no responsibility for any actions, decisions, or measures taken by Roblox Corporation (e.g. account or server bans).
4. Advertising
The Service is currently funded through advertising displayed on the website via Google AdSense, a service provided by Google. Advertising cookies and related technologies are only used with the User's consent, collected through the consent banner integrated into the Service (Google AdSense “Privacy & messaging”). Details on the data processed in connection with advertising, the legal basis, and how to manage or withdraw consent are set out in the Service's Privacy Policy.
5. Personal Data
Beyond what is necessary to display advertising as described in Section 4 and in the Privacy Policy, the Operator does not currently collect, store, or process personal data of Users — there are, for example, no user accounts and no contact forms. Should this change in the future as the Service develops (e.g. through user accounts or payment functions), the Operator will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy accordingly.
6. User Obligations
Users agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, Users must not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- circumvent or manipulate security mechanisms of the Service or of Roblox;
- use the Service in a way that harms third parties or the Operator's infrastructure.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The Operator makes no guarantee regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or security of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability for ordinary negligence is excluded. The Operator remains fully liable, in accordance with statutory provisions, for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time, in particular where the scope of the Service changes (e.g. upon introduction of paid features or user accounts). The current version will be made available via the Service's website or relevant communication channel.
9. Termination of Use
The Operator may restrict or deny a User's access to the Service at any time and without stating reasons, in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the User's country of residence remain unaffected.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
